2. Information We Collect
Our content distribution tools operate on behalf of PBH Applied Systems, LLC and interact with third-party platform APIs (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). In the course of this operation, we may access or process the following:
- Platform account identifiers (user IDs, page IDs, channel IDs) associated with our own business accounts
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued to our registered developer applications
- Metadata related to content we publish (titles, descriptions, tags, upload timestamps)
- Basic analytics data returned by platform APIs (view counts, engagement metrics) for our own published content
We do not collect personal information from third-party users or viewers of our content through these tools.
3. How We Use Information
Information accessed through our tools is used exclusively to:
- Automate the scheduling and publication of pre-produced educational video content to our own social media accounts
- Track the status of published content for internal production logging
- Monitor performance analytics for our own published content
- Maintain and refresh API credentials required for automated posting
We do not sell, rent, share, or license any information accessed through these systems to third parties.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our tools integrate with the following platforms via their official APIs. Each platform has its own privacy policy governing how data is handled on their systems:
5. Data Storage and Security
API credentials and access tokens are stored locally on secured systems owned and operated by PBH Applied Systems, LLC. We do not store credentials in publicly accessible repositories or transmit them to third-party services outside of the intended platform API endpoints.
We implement reasonable technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data handled, including access controls and environment variable isolation for credential storage.
6. Data Retention
OAuth tokens are retained only as long as necessary to support automated publishing operations. Tokens are revoked and deleted when no longer needed or when access is terminated. Production logs are retained for internal auditing and may be deleted at our discretion.
7. Your Rights
If you believe PBH Applied Systems, LLC has collected or processed any personal information relating to you, you may contact us at patrick@pbhappliedsystems.com to request access, correction, or deletion of that information.
Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the European Economic Area and California) may have additional rights under applicable law. We will honor such requests to the extent required by law.
